The total process of patient registration and account use is explained below. We're finding that some patients register without reading this first, and then have difficulty using the system — it only takes a minute, so please read through before continuing.

International & Indian patients (except Bangalore)	Patients from Bangalore
Please register with a proper address, phone number, and a brief description of your condition. Registrations without proper address and phone details will be deleted without further communication. Please register for yourself — cases registered by relatives on someone else's behalf won't be considered for treatment. Use an email address you check regularly. We only send messages relevant to your case. You'll receive a verification email immediately (check your spam folder if you don't see it). Click the verification link to confirm your account, then wait for admin approval — usually within 24–48 hours. Once approved, log in with your email and password.	Please register with a proper address and contact details — a correct mobile number is especially important. You'll receive a verification code by mobile (or email) immediately. Enter the verification code to activate your account, then you can log in. You can add family members as patients under your account once logged in. You can request an appointment with the doctor for in-person visits. Please arrive on time for consultations, and bring a notebook plus details of any previous treatment.
